SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PT are shipped out the same day, however, we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm PT.
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD.
We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time-frame.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund for the unopened items in your purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the products received date. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to email@example.com or call 833-639-7968 to speak to Customer Service.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by login in to your account and going to your subscriptions menu tab. You can manage your subscription from there.
