Have trouble getting “off to sleep”? This is the answer! I put a squirt into about a 10 ounce glass of water. This is about 20 minutes before I actually get horizontal in bed. When I actually get in bed, I’m always asleep in five minutes or less. I always have enough product on hand, to have some to use, so I never run out! I can’t imagine going to bed and fighting to get to sleep. And I wake up refreshed, without any hangover, like I sometimes get with Melatonin alone. I absolutely love these drops. Can you tell?
